Quotes
Quotes are free, itemised and valid for 30 days. Prices assume reasonable access and can change if hidden issues appear once work begins — we’ll always agree any change with you first.
Deposits & payment
A deposit may be requested for materials on larger projects. The balance is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Scheduling
Start dates are agreed in advance. Occasionally weather, supplier delays or previous jobs overrunning can move a date; we’ll let you know as early as possible.
Materials
Timber is a natural material and grain, colour and movement will vary. Any manufacturer guarantees on supplied products are passed on to you.
Workmanship
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. The guarantee excludes damage, misuse or alterations by others.
Insurance
Roomax UK is fully insured. Proof of cover is available on request by emailing Deanevason@roomax.co.uk.
