What we collect
We only collect the details you choose to send us — your name, phone number, email address, project address and any photos or messages you share by phone, email or WhatsApp.
How we use it
Your details are used solely to prepare your quote, carry out agreed work and keep in touch about your project. We never sell or share your information for marketing.
Project photos
We sometimes photograph completed work for our website and social media. Photos never include your address or personal details, and we’ll leave your project out entirely if you ask.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and job records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing Deanevason@roomax.co.uk.
